Torin Pavia

Torin Pavia founded Arbitech in 2000, and holds the title of Chairman. Having written the company’s business plan as his master’s thesis at USC’s Marshall School of Business, Torin envisioned Arbitech as a technology distributor servicing SMB resellers and offering both current and end-of-life products. Throughout its history, Arbitech has been recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as “the Fastest Growing New Businesses in the US” and as one of the “Best Places to Work in Orange County” by the Orange County Journal. Today the company is a full service, independent, computer products distributor with customers in the U.S. and abroad.

In addition to his ongoing consulting role with Arbitech, Torin currently serves on multiple boards of directors of corporations and charitable organizations. He also serves as an adjunct professor of clinical entrepreneurship in the business school at USC, and is also a member of the USC Advisory Board. He has earned the honor of USC Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year, and has also been recognized as one of the “40 Most Influential Orange County Executives under the Age of 40” by OC Metro Business Magazine.

Torin received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and earned his MBA at USC’s Marshall School of Business.
