Working With Us

The basic process for working with Arbitech is:

Establishing an account with Arbitech
Simply complete our credit application and attach your standard credit information and trade references. California businesses also should complete our reseller certificate, and allow three days for processing.

Receiving a quote from Arbitech
Quotes can be requested through your representative by email, phone, fax or instant messenger (IM) for “real time” information based on availability, condition and market pricing. Arbitech can help you tailor custom solutions.

Placing an order
Once pricing and availability have been approved, a purchase order (PO) must be provided to Arbitech by email, phone, fax or IM. Remember to specify the ship-to information and shipping method to ensure we send the product to the correct destination – and on time. We also support EDI/XML order processing.

Shipping policies
Arbitech includes free ground shipping with all orders except for extraordinarily heavy and bulky items. Your representative may discuss sharing certain extra expenses on other shipping requirements. Arbitech has relationships with all major carriers (FedEx, UPS, Airborne, DHL, etc) and uses UPS for the majority of shipments.

All Arbitech shipments are considered “blind drop-shipments.” The documentation, including packing slip, shipping documents, instructions, tape, seals, etc., do not contain any reference to Arbitech. As part of our customer service suite, we do offer custom logo packing slips options.

Order tracking
Orders can be tracked on our website after logging into your account using the “client login.” Currently, our systems are integrated with FedEx and UPS. Your representative can help you in the event a different carrier requested.

RMAs
Arbitech prides itself on a liberal 30-day RMA policy, even if the product has been opened. For products in your possession more than one month or which fall outside of our official RMA policy , contact your representative to ensure your satisfaction.

DOAs
Any DOA products immediately will be replaced. We will cross ship product to you depending on availability in our warehouse. However, due to our extensive testing procedures our DOA rates are significantly less than the manufacturers on all configured products.
